Sunriver Resort manages a variety of homes and condos in Sunriver, Caldera Springs and Crosswater. Our rating system is designed to provide guests with a better understanding of the quality and condition that can be expected in each of our vacation rentals.

Luxury (5) These properties represent the best of the best - our highest quality vacation rentals. They offer a consistent design theme with luxurious furnishings, kitchens and baths.
Deluxe (4) These properties exhibit well-planned interiors with an updated design theme and quality kitchens and baths. These homes and condos offer many upgraded finishes, features and amenities.
Standard (3) These properties offer a clean, comfortable vacation experience. Some of the furnishings and finishes may be dated, but will be in good condition. Kitchens and baths will not have the upgrades found in our Luxury and Deluxe categories.

15% Resort Fee, includes Free, inter-resort transportation, Complimentary access to Sage Spring Club & Spa, 24-hour service & registration, guaranteed advanced tee times, exclusive access to Crosswater, exclusive access to Caldera Links 9 hole executive course, discounts on resort owned recreation, access to the Sunriver Home Owners Pools, and exclusive access to the private Lodge Village Pool & Jacuzzis, (please note, the golf and pools are seasonal operations).
