The properties fall into one of the following categories:

Luxury (5 Diamond)	These properties represent the top tier at the resort. Consistent design theme with top-of-the line furnishings, kitchens and bath are present in these units.
Luxury (4 Diamond)	Units in this category will exhibit a well-planned interior with updated design theme and quality kitchens and baths. Upgrades in all aspects of the unit are present.
Moderate (3 Diamond)	Units in this category offer a clean comfortable vacation experience. These properties will feature moderate furnishings, kitchen and baths without all the upgrades in the Luxury and VIP categories.
